Email us at hi@fruitbesties.com for app issues, feedback, subscription questions, privacy requests, or anything that feels confusing. If you use the in-app feedback button, Fruit Besties may prefill your device model, iOS version, and app version/build so we can troubleshoot faster. You can edit the email before sending it.
Helpful details to include
- The app version and iOS version, if you know them.
- What screen you were on.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- Any screenshots you feel comfortable sharing.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and billing are handled through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. If something looks wrong inside Fruit Besties, email us and we will help you check the app side. For refund eligibility and payment disputes, use Apple's billing and refund flow.

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email hi@fruitbesties.com. Please use the email address you want us to reply to.
Urgent safety
Fruit Besties cannot provide emergency support. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, feel unsafe, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away.
